SAUNA AND SPA COMPLEX
The complex includes three steam rooms, equipped with both in / out-pine fonts and pouring buckets. Cozy lounge rooms are furnished with sofas and dining area. Exits are available to the river, lake sides or to the terraces.
SPA area is fitted with orthopedic adjustable beds. SPA offers its guests unique spa ceremonies from legendary Russian Brand Natura Siberica. You can also visit solarium to make your skin sunburned.

Meshchersky district is great for hunting and fishing activities: there are no industrial facilities nearby, meaning it is ecologically clean location with diversity of flora and fauna species.

Variety of outdoor activities awaits you here: you can ride a quad bike, sail a boat, swim in the river or lake, have a jog along the sandy forest pathes. You can take a walk with kids at the farm and feed the rams, horses, goats, wild and domestic geese and ducks, pheasants, quails, turkeys, chickens and guinea fowls.

On M5 highway, drive past "Mordovia" sign - a large stand to the right of the road. Further drive past - the sign "Kargashino village" sign (to the left of the road). Drive across the Wad River and after 421 km pillar, turn left onto the asphalt road. Drive along the asphalt road for about 3 km, then drive along a large lake (on the right), 500 meters after the lake the asphalt road will turn right. Drive ahead 500 meters more past the turn and turn left as soon as you see the pine forest,drive ahead the sandy road. Then drive along the sandy road through the forest to the forged gate with the image of moose.
